At TGPASJ we believe that physical education is crucial in encouraging an attitude of resilience and individual improvement within a framework of co-operation, collaboration and positive competition. It promotes a respect for rules, self-discipline and self-management. We also believe that it is important to expose children to a wide range of activities and experiences to help them find their own lifelong commitment to health and exercise. In covering the statutory requirement for physical education, some of the sessions are delivered by specialist teachers from Tudor Grange Academy Solihull, whilst the other sessions are delivered by staff at TGPASJ. We also take advantage of additional local opportunities presented each year.
