We encourage pupils to appreciate the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. The pupils enjoy a balanced programme of sporting activities including rugby, football, cricket, athletics, gymnastics, dance and swimming. Cycling proficiency is delivered to pupils in years 5 and 6 and we encourage all pupils to participate. All pupils have the opportunity to participate in Forest School learning by exploring the woodland and developing key skills such as independence, team building and problem solving.

Please be aware that we are a nut-free school in order to keep all children within our school community safe and well. It is imperative that no products containing nuts are brought into school- this includes cereal bars containing nuts, and nut butters.

Freshly cooked meals are prepared and cooked on site in the school kitchen. TG Catering Services organises and oversees the quality of meals, ensuring that children are offered a balanced and healthy diet and a three week menu is available to all parents.
