In our science unit, year 6 have been learning about evolution and inheritance. When discussing habitat adaptations and variations in species, we explored the theory of natural selection. Using different utensils as ‘beaks’, we carried out an investigation to see what variations would be passed on to offspring based on the 5 steps of natural selection.
