In Geography, Year 5 have been learning all about the Alps, recently focusing on the types of leisure activities that are available there. For our geography fieldwork, we walked through Shirley Park to Parkgate in order to ask members of our local community for their views on the leisure activities available in Solihull. We asked which activities they take part in, what they like about the local area and how leisure activities can be improved. We gained a range of interesting answers and perspectives from the people we asked.
