Year 2 has the most incredible time on our trip to Tamworth Castle. We went on a tour around the magnificent castle and learnt lots about what it was made out of, who has lived there in the past and even saw lots of gold, coins and swords! We went to Squires school and build an armour that would have protected the body in battle. We also met the Lady of the castle who taught us about feasts she used to eat! We even got to dress up like a Lord and a Lady!
