In Year 2, we have been looking at germination and how seeds grow. Last week the children discuss what the seeds would need to grow. Afterwards, the children dampened a paper towel, laid their seed upon it and fixed it to the window in a clear ziplock bag. The children will observe the changes they see in their seed on its way to becoming a plant.
